摘要
某炼油厂加氢裂化装置原设计生产3号喷气燃料,要求经改造后可以生产高闪点喷气燃料,并且重石脑油终馏点(小于180℃)满足重整装置原料的要求。根据实验室对喷气燃料进行馏分切割实验的结果,确定馏分切割目标,通过软件流程模拟研究,确定简单可行的改造方案,即增加喷气燃料侧线汽提塔塔底重沸器负荷和产品主分馏塔侧线抽出。
In order to produce high flash Point jet fuel from the hydrocracking unit, from where only No. 3 jet fuel can be produced in original design, the distillation part of the unit needs revamping. Several solutions were compared by simulation software, and finally a simple and feasible revamping scheme, consisting of increasing the reboiler duty and adding a side cut line in chief product distillation tower, was selected. After revamping, the high flash Point jet fuel can be produced; meanwhile the EBP of heavy naphtha can be less than 180 ℃.
