摘要
针对机床装配工程实践中经常遇到的平面度检测及修合问题,结合一具体实例详细介绍了平面度水平仪检测、最小二乘法评定及用MATLAB进行可视化数据处理的整套方法。该方法不仅可以快速方便地获得平面度值,而且可以进一步为人工刮研平面等操作提供直观的图形依据。
Aimed at the problems of flatness measure and plane repair encountered in the machine tool assembly and the like engineering practice, one method of flatness measure with grandienter, least square evaluation and visual data processing with MATLAB is introduced. With the method, not only the flat- ness value can be acquired fast and easily, but also the graphics reference can be provided for scraping and the like flatness improvement work.
