摘要 研究了不同的热处理工艺对超超临界机组用10Cr11Co3W3NiMoVNbNB耐热钢性能的影响。结果表明:在1100℃淬火,600~700℃回火,随着回火温度的升高,其抗拉强度和屈服强度明显下降,韧性提高。在1080~1120℃淬火,680℃回火时,随着淬火温度的提高,材料的持久性能提高。 The effects on mechanical properties of 10Crl 1Co3W3NiMoVNbNB heat-resisting steel used different heat treatment process are studied. The results show that the tensile strength and yield strength decrease apparently but the toughness increases with the increase of tempering temperature, when quenching at 1100℃ and tempering at 600-700℃. When quenching at 1080-1120℃ and tempering at 680℃, with the increase of quenching temperature, the stress-rupture property is improving.
