摘要
开发了ZL50装载机液力传动半自动变速器电子控制单元(ECU),针对装载机作业过程中换挡操纵的复杂性,完成了电子控制单元软件设计、硬件电路及可靠性设计,并对研制的电子控制单元进行了装车试验和环境试验,验证了系统功能的实用性和可靠性。试验结果表明:半自动换挡操纵系统可按驾驶员选择的控制方式工作,实现换挡过程的平稳性控制,减轻驾驶员的劳动强度,提高生产效率。
An electronic control unit(ECU) was developed for the semi-automatic gear shifting of ZL50 loader with hydraulic transmission.In view of the complexity of shifting operation during the loader operation process,the design of software, hardware circuit and reliability for the ECU was achieved.ECU's function and operation reliability were verified during the real vehicle and environmental test.The results showed that the semi-automatic shifting operation system could work as the control method chosen by the driver.Shifting operation was controlled smoothly,labor intensity was reduced,and work efficiency was improved.
