摘要
采用正交实验,研究了在熔炼变质过程中变质剂添加量、变质温度和时间、冷却速度等工艺参数对Al-22Si合金初晶硅尺寸的影响规律。借助OM、SEM、EPMA等方法对初晶硅的形态进行了观察,利用ImagePlus软件对初晶硅颗粒尺寸和粒度分布进行了分析。结果表明:在P添加量为0.02%,变质温度为850℃,变质时间30min,铜模浇注所得的准10mm的试样中,初晶硅颗粒最为细小,约21μm,且分布较均匀。
The influence of modifier addition amount,modification temperature and time, cooling rate, etc on size of primary silicon was researched with orthogonal experiment. The morphology of primary silicon was observed by OM, SEM and EPMA. The primary silicon particles size and distribution were analyzed by using ImagePlus software. The results show that when P addition amount is 0.02wt %, modification temperature is 850 ℃ and the time is 30 min, the minimum size of primary silicon is about 21 txm in bl0 mm sample prepared by copper mould casting, and the distribution of primary silicon is uniform.
