摘要
极化子研究是凝聚态物理学领域的一个重要课题.论述了极化子的概念及种类,详细介绍了半导体体材料和量子阱材料中极化子理论的研究概况,说明极化子为物理学提供了一个简单而实际的例子,即费米子与玻色场的相互作用,并且对了解离子晶体和极性半导体的光学性质和电学性质有重要意义.
The research of polarons is an important topic in the condensed matter physics field.The concepts and types of polarons are studied,and the overview of the polaron theory research of semiconductor materials and quantum well materials are introduced in detail.It is pointed out that the polarons provide a simple and practical example for physics,namely,the interaction of fermions and Bose field,and have important significance on the understanding of optical and electrical properties of ionic crystals and polar semiconductors.
