摘要 动物外科是一门重要的架于基础与临床之间的桥梁课程,有以技能习得为目标和以反复实践操作为主要内容的特点,使得其教学要求和授课方式与其他医学课程有所不同。作者所在科室尝试将微信引入动物外科的教学中,利用手机粘着性(手机随身携带),微信功能多样性,将教务管理、专业知识、医学图片、视频等内容采取基于手机的主动推送方式发布微信,形成师生之间点对点、点对面的三维时空教学模式,强化了教务管理部门与教员、学员之间实时高效的信息发布与互动沟通,彻底实现了课堂上下、校院内外随时随地获取信息进行学习,突破了传统教学模式时间与空间的限制,实现了积极的教学反馈和师生互动,同时也强化了师生情感,显著提高了动物外科教学质量,取得了良好的教学效果。 Animal Surgery is an important bridge course between basic and clinical medicine. Its teaching requirements and teaching methods are different from other general medical courses in that the goal of it is skill acquisition and the main content of it is repeated practice. We try to teach animal surgery with the introduction of micro-message, forming three-dimensional space-time teaching mode among teachers and students by actively releasing smartphone -based micro-message with content of educational administration, professional knowledge, medical images and videos, strengthening realtime and high efficient information dissemination and interactive communication among educational administration division, teachers and students, achieving a thorough information obtaining and medical learning anywhere and anytime, breaking through the time and space constraints of traditional teaching mode, fully realizing a positive feedback of medical education and teacher-student interaction, as well as strengthening teacher-student emotion, even in the student sentiment and comprehensive moral education. This new teaching strategy significantly improved the quality and obtained the good effect in animal surgery teaching.
