摘要 分析总结了目前国内红茶加工工艺与加工设备的研究现状与存在问题,提出未来红茶加工工艺和加工设备的研究发展方向。 this paper analysises and concludes the condi tiaons and existing problems of processing technic and mechanic equipments for black tea in china.In the same time,predicts the development direction of the processing technic and mechanic equipments.
