术中应用乌司他丁对食管癌患者术后疗效的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察术中应用乌司他丁对食管癌患者术后疗效的影响。方法:选择食管癌患者80例,ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级,随机分为对照组(A组,n=40)和乌司他丁治疗组(B组,n=40)。B组于麻醉诱导完成后、切皮前将乌司他丁20万U溶于生理盐水20ml缓慢静脉推注,若手术时间>2h,则追加1次。A组注入等量生理盐水,对比术后两组患者的围手术期相关临床症状和无复发生存期的差异。结果:两组患者的基线特征无显著差异,但是乌司他丁治疗组围手术期的肺部并发症及总并发症以及在ICU的停留时间显著低于对照组,乌司他丁治疗组的无复发生存期明显优于对照组。结论:术中应用乌司他丁能够降低围手术期的风险并延长食管癌患者术后的无复发生存期。 Objective:To evaluate the effects of Ulinastatin during esophagectomy in esophagectomy patients. Methods : Eighty patients with esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into group A as control ( without Ulinastatin, n = 40) and group B ( with Ulinastatin, n = 40). After induction of anesthesia, Ulinastatin with 20ml physiological saline was intravenously injected slowly in group B, and the same dosage was repeated if the operation was longer than 2h, contrarily just 20ml physiological saline was administrated in group A. The postoperative complications and recurrence free survival (RFS) in two groups were compared. Results :The rates of postoperative complications and the duration of ICU stay were significantly lower in group B. Patients within the A group showed worse recurrence free survival (RFS). Conclusion: Ulinastatin had a preventive effect on postoperative complications and could prolong the RFS.
