摘要
铝锂合金是一种新型的航空用铝合金。本文基于电化学原则建立了某地的腐蚀加速环境谱,并基于加速环境谱,研究了铝锂合金预腐蚀疲劳性能。研究结果表明,低腐蚀损伤对其疲劳寿命影响不大,而高腐蚀损伤会明显缩短试件的疲劳寿命。
Al-Li alloy is a newly designed alloy that has a potential in aircraft application. Based on electrochemistry principle, research has been carried on the fatigue properties of Al-Li alloy with corrosion damage, and on the basis of that, fatigue property of Al-Li alloy preetching research was did. The results indicated that low corrosion damage has little effects on the fatigue life of specimen, while the relatively high corrosion damage will remarkably reduce the service life.
