摘要
介绍了采用水解酸化-CASS-氧化工艺处理以骨头为原料制备调味料过程中产生的废水的设计实例,并对调试中遇到的问题进行分析总结。运行结果表明,在进水COD为4 954 mg/L,BOD5为1 513 mg/L,SS、NH3-N、动植物油质量浓度分别为1 120、276、1 250 mg/L时,出水水质稳定并达到污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)一级排放标准。
Hydrolytic acidification-cyclic activated sludge system (CASS)-oxidation technology for treatment of wastewater from food containing bone processing was introduced in this paper. The problems during the commissioning process were analyzed. The running results show when the inflow COD, BODs, SS, NH3-N and animal and vegetable oils content is 4 954 mg/L, 1 513 mg/L, 1 120 mg/L, 276 mg/L and 1 250 mg/L, respectively, effluent quality is stable and achieved Level-I of the wastewater discharge standard (GB 8978-- 1996).
