摘要
针对普通聚丙烯酰胺油田堵水颗粒浸水膨胀速度快、强度低、不能进行油田深部堵水调剖的缺点,以丙烯酰胺、膨润土、甲醛、丙烯酸等为原料制备缓膨高强度聚丙烯酰胺油田堵水颗粒,降低膨胀速度,提高颗粒膨胀后强度。考察了甲醛、丙烯酸等因素对吸水性能的影响,测试了产品性能。最佳条件为:w(交联剂)=0.26%,w(引发剂)=0.25%,w(膨润土)=20%,w(甲醛)=8%,w(丙烯酸)=7%;反应温度60℃;反应时间4h,制备的油田堵水颗粒浸入自来水中24h吸水倍率仅为3g/g,3d后才开始缓慢膨胀,吸水倍率10g/g,20d吸水膨胀倍率210g/g,耐热温度81.3℃,在模拟矿化水中浸泡30d弹性模量为50kPa,吸水倍率为180g/g。
Considering that the disadvantages of the normal polyacrylamide oilfield water plugging granule is that fast inflation when soaking in water, low intensity and disability to perform profile control by water plugging in deep oil field, acrylamide, bentonite, methanal, acrylic acid and other stuff were used as raw materials to produce slow-swell type high-intensity polyacrylamide oilfield wa- ter plugging granule. The effects of methanal and acrylic acid on water absorbency were researched and the performance of the products was tested. The optimal experimental proportions were: cross- linking agent 0.26%, initiator 0.25%, bentonite 20%, methanal 8%, acrylic acid 7%, reaction tem- perature 60 ℃ and reaction time 4 h. The water absorption rate of produced oilfield water plugging granule was only 3 g/g after soaking in water for 24 h. After 3 days, it started to swell slowly and the water absorption rate reached to 10 g/g. The water absorption rate reached to 210 g/g after 20 days and the heat-resistant temperature was 81.3 ℃. After soaking in the simulated mineralized water for 30 days, the modulus of elasticity was 50 kPa and the water absorption rate reached to 180 g/g.
