摘要 [目的]系统评价有效部位PHEBA的体内、外抗肿瘤作用。[方法]体外培养人源性肿瘤细胞株,利用MTT法、生长抑制曲线、细胞形态学观察,研究PHEBA的体外抗肿瘤作用;利用小鼠移植性肿瘤模型研究PHEBA体内抗肿瘤作用。[结果]PHEBA体外对多个人源性肿瘤细胞株具有抑制作用,体内对小鼠移植性H22肝癌具有抑制作用。[结论]PHEBA体内、外均具有一定的抗肿瘤作用。 [Objective] To study the anti-tumor effects of PHEBA in vivo and in vitro systematically.[Methods] Culture human tumor cell lines in vitro,to study the anti-tumor effects of PHEBA in vitro by MTT assay,growth inhibition curve,cell morphology;By transplanting model of hepatoma 22(H22) in mice,to study the anti-tumor effect in vivo.[Results] PHEBA has anti-tumor effect on various tumor cell lines,it also exhibits effective anti-tumor effect in vivo on H22.[Conclusion] PHEBA has certain anti-tumor effects in vivo and in vitro.
