摘要
脱空问题制约着钢管混凝土结构的使用性能和寿命。为了减少钢管混凝土结构在使用过程中脱空造成的危害,从混凝土浇筑时及凝结硬化后两个阶段产生脱空的机理进行阐述。针对温度、轴压荷载、施工方法和混凝土收缩等方面产生的钢管混凝土的脱空,从钢管混凝土的材料组成和二次灌浆等方面提出相应的治理措施。
Void problem restricts the behavior and service life of concrete-filled steel tube structure. In order to reduce the damage of concrete-filled steel tube structure caused by void. The mechanism of void was discussed, which produced during concrete pouring and after the condensation and harden of concrete. Relative Control measures are put forward from material composition and secondary grouting of concrete-filled steel tube structure according to void of concrete-filled steel tube structure caused by temperature,axial comPressive load, construction method, concrete shrinkage and so on.
