旅游开发视角下的草原生态环境保护与管理——以希拉穆仁草原旅游区为例

The Ecological Environmental Protection and Management in Grassland Tourism Development——A Study of Xilamuren Grassland Tourist Area in Inner Mongolia

近年来,依托草原进行的草原旅游开发成为热点。而草原旅游发展的依托资源就是优良的草原生态环境,草原生态环境能否得到合理的保护是草原旅游产业可持续发展的根本保障。因此,如何进行草原旅游区生态环境的保护与开发管理成为一项重要的研究课题。希拉穆仁草原旅游区是内蒙古草原旅游开发的典型区域,在30多年的旅游开发中产生了一系列的环境问题,在剖析其环境问题产生原因的基础上确定了基于生态环境保护的草原旅游开发与管理的基本途径与对策,旨在为草原旅游区的生态环境保护和可持续发展提供指导。

In resent years, grassland tourism development which relies on grassland has become a hot spot, and the grass- land tourism development depends on an excellent grassland ecological environment. The protection of grassland ecological envi- ronment is the fundamental guarantee of the sustainable development in grassland tourism industry. Therefore, bow to protect and manage the ecological environment of grassland tourist areas becomes an important research topic. Xilamuren grassland tourist ar- ea is a typical region of Inner Mongolia grassland tourism development. Tourism development in the recent 30 years has produced a range of environmental issues. By analyzing the environment problems, including the development and the reasons to the envi- ronment problems, this study explores ways to protect and manage the ecological environment, and designs to provide guidance for the ecological protection and sustainable development of grassland tourist areas.
