摘要
基于实测对冷却塔出水温度的4个影响因素进行了相关性分析,建立了冷却塔出水温度统计模型,提出了最佳冷却塔出水温度控制策略。结合某实际工程,在冷水机组、冷却水泵及风机的耗功率数学模型确定及不同的系统负荷率及室外湿球温度条件下,对比分析了冷却水系统在6种不同运行控制策略下的能耗,确定了最佳控制策略。
Based on testing data, analyses the correlation of four factors influencing outlet water temperature of the cooling tower, establishes, a statistical model of the temperature, and puts forward an optimal control strategy of the outlet temperature. With an project example, compares and analyses the energy consumption of cooling water system with six operating strategies in different load rates and outdoor wet bulb temperature on condition that the energy consumption mathematical models of the water chiller, cooling water pump and fan are determined.
