摘要
快开门式压力容器被广泛应用于化工与建材等行业,由于其安全联锁功能不全或失效,导致近些年该类容器爆炸事故较多。对浙江省内某公司的一台快开门式压力容器事故进行了调查和分析。结果表明:在安全联锁装置失效的情况下,容器内部压力未完全释放(有余压)时打开快开门,是引起事故的主要原因之一。
Quick actuating pressure vessels are widely used in chemical and construction materials industry. Recently, a lot of explosion acci- dents occurred because that its safety interlocking function were out of service. This paper introduced an accident in one corporation in Zheji- ang province. And its explosion source was analyzed. Results showed that, opening the door with residual pressure is one of the main reasons for explosion of quick actuating pressure vessels when its safety interlocking is not in work,
