ON Doris Lessing's Feminism and Non-feminism:An Interpretation into "The Golden Notebook"

多丽丝·莱辛的代表作《金色笔记》被誉为20世纪的经典之作,国内外学者对之进行了大量的研究。然而大多数的研究仅局限于从女性主义视角论证小说的女性主义意识,而少有从男性的视角对该小说进行评论。这里试从男女两种不同的视角——从男性视角剖析作者的女性主义意识,从女性视角剖析作者的非女性主义意识,以期为小说的阅读和欣赏提供一个全新的阐释。

The Golden Notebook, written by the famous British woman writer, Doris Lessing, is regarded as a classical book in the 20th century, which has exerted great influence on feminism. Scholars from home and abroad have done numerous studies on this book from the aspect of feminism. However, most criticism is confined to the women＇s point of view, whereas little is dedicated from men＇s view. This paper analyzes the novel from the points of both men and women-revealing feminism from men＇s view, and non-feminism from women＇s view, to provide a new interpretation into this novel.
