摘要
文章对压力容器及管道的延性断裂评定,评述了各国的不同实施方法,其中有EPRI的J^T稳定性评定图方法(美国)、PD6493/91失效评定图切线方法(英国)、相容应力的极值方法(中国)以及J^T曲线汇交方法(PressureVesselandPipingCodes)等。本文对个别评定方法的失当和不足进行了论证分析和对比计算,推荐了最佳的评定方法。推荐的方法便于微机操作,概念清晰,直观性强,可获得高可靠度的失稳预测。
The authors summarized various execuhve methods for ductile fracture assessment such as EPRI assessment dingam method for stability analysis, PD6493/91 tanged method of failure assessment diagram , the maximum value method of adrissible str6sses and the intersechon point method of (J^T) curves in PVP codes.By inveshgahon, the authors propose that the maximum value method of adrissible stressesis the optimi zation method and may be recommended in practice for it can assess the ductile fracture of smictures more precisely. On the contrny, the intersechon POint method of (J^T)curves will produce lnger deviation due to itss improper executive riotion For the intersechon method ,specialist must pay close attention to its use.
