The Way to Improve College Students' Employment Rate and the Way to Help College Students to Get a Good Job

党的十八大报告明确提出"推动实现更高质量的就业",要实现这一目标必须要对现有的就业指导理念、就业指导体制与就业指导工作模式进行改革。高校在这场改革中应当首当其冲改变其现有就业指导理念与工作模式,在高校就业模式下,必须正确处理就业指导课程与全程就业指导关系,就业指导过程中的教育因素与职业因素之间的关系,正确理解就业指导目标,采取有效措施界定就业市场争得就业控制权,正确处理就业与创业的关系。

Accord to the existing teaching mode in colleges and universities we can not obtain good teaching effect. In order to improve the employment rate we must change our idea and change the employment system. We must correctly understand the new employment guidance goal. We must start teaching reform in view of Employment Guidance Course. Under the guidance of the new target we must take effective measures to define the job market, eorrectly handle the relationship between employment and entrepreneurship.
