摘要 中国东北地区,供热机组在总装机容量中占有相当大的比重,冬季采暖季节,在风电大规模并网条件下,电网低谷调峰压力巨大。为了缓解冬季电网调峰压力,合理安排电量计划,研制开发了"以热定电"在线监测系统。基于供热机组以热定电的在线监测系统,核定了供热机组调峰负荷的边界条件;通过汽轮机变工况计算,确定不同抽汽量下电负荷调峰范围的数学模型,同时考虑汽轮机实际运行效率的修正及初终参数变化对发电功率的修正。通过实例计算验证该方法以热定电数学模型的准确性,为此该方法更符合机组的实际运行状况,对电网公司安排交易计划、调峰及最大限度地吸纳风电起到指导性作用。 In northeast China, heat-supply units account for a large proportion in the total installed capacity. In winter heating seasons, the connection of bulk wind power to the power grid makes the peak regulation for valley load very challenging. In order to ease the pressure of winter peak regulation and formulate a reasonable electricity plan, an online monitoring system for heat-load-determined power load is developed. In this system, the boundary eonditions of peak load for heat-supply units are determined. By calculating different conditions of the steam turhine, a mathematical model of peak regulation scope under diflerent extraction flows is established with the correction of practical turbine running efficiency and the correction of initial parameters on the output power in consideration. Calculations and experiments have proved the accuracy of the model, which indicates that this method is suitahle for the actual operation of the units and can provide guidance for grid companies to make their power transaction plans and peak regulation as well as maximize the accommodation of wind power.
