摘要
围绕房地产企业对《房地产经营与估价》专业的职业能力需求展开调查，重点考察毕业生的房地产销售能力、经纪能力、估价能力、策划能力、开发能力和咨询能力等方面内容．
This article investigates the demands for professional capability which the real estates enterprises need to the major of Real estate management and valuation, and inspects the graduates＇real estates sales ability, brokers＇ability, valuation ability, designing ability, development ability, consulting ability and so on.
