摘要
为研究适合煤矿使用的抑爆材料,利用自行设计制作的30cm×30cm方形实验管道,对不同参数的多孔材料衰减管道内瓦斯爆炸火焰温度效果分别进行了实验研究,结果表明:金属丝网、泡沫陶瓷、多孔泡沫铁镍金属几种多孔材料均有很好的衰减瓦斯爆炸火焰温度的作用;金属丝网对管道内瓦斯爆炸火焰温度最大衰减率为8.7%~26.9%,泡沫陶瓷为23.1%~36.2%,多孔泡沫铁镍金属为7.1%~65.7%;研究发现多孔材料的厚度、孔径、相对密度是影响火焰温度衰减效果的重要因素,同种材料中,厚度大,孔径小,相对密度大的材料试件对火焰温度衰减效果好.
To seek explosion suppression material for coalmine gas explosion,effects of porous materials ' attenuation of gas explosion flame temperature on the different parameters was studied experimentally by using self-designed square experimental pipeline which section was 30 cm N 30 cm. The results show that the good attenuation of gas explosion flame temperature does wire mesh and ceramic foam and porous foam iron-nickel metal have. The wire mesh's maxi- mum attenuation rate of gas explosion flame temperature is between 8.7~//00 and 26.9~ ,the rate of ceramic foam is between 23.1% and 36.2 % ,the best of them is porous foam iron-nickel metal,the rate is between 7.1% and 65.7%. Thickness ,aperture and relative density are impor tant factors of attenuation performance. Properly reducing aperture and increasing relative density and thickness help to improve attenuation performance for the same material.
