摘要
采用液相合成法制备聚硅酸镁,作为吸附脱色剂用于废油精制,物料配比(摩尔比):SiO2∶MgCl2=3∶0.8、制备温度65℃、pH值10、脱色吸附剂用量6 g/L、脱色温度115℃、脱色时间30 min、脱色反应搅拌速度500 rpm,聚硅酸镁对废油脂吸附脱色效果最佳。废油精加工处理后所得油品呈淡黄色、半透明、无异味,满足或超越GB 20828-2007-T标准。
Polysilicate magnesium was prepared by liquid phase synthesis, as adsorption decolorizing agent for waste oil refined. The conditions of prepartion were material ratio ( molar ratio) SiO2 : MgSO4 = 3 : 0. 8, controling pH value in 10, and preparation temperature 65 ℃. At 115℃, 500 rpm, 6 g L-l, and polysilicate magnesium for refining the oil 30 min, refined oil was light yellow, translucent, no odor, and meet or exceed GB 20828 -2007 -T standard.
