小湾及糯扎渡投运后云南水电运行方式研究

摘要 小湾、糯扎渡水电站具有多年调节能力,全部投运后将极大影响云南电网电力发电特性。根据云南电网不同负荷情况、不同来水频率对2012年~2015年多个方案进行优化调度运行,通过对各种方案下水电运行方式对比分析,得知小湾和糯扎渡投产显著提高了网内水电调节能力,投产后云南电网汛期大量季节性富裕电能向枯期转移,补偿其他季调节以下流域枯期电量不足。 The commissioning of Xiaowan and Nuozhadu hydropower stations will greatly affect the power generation characteristics of Yunnan Grid because two stations have year-to-year regulating capacity. According to different load conditions of Yunnan Grid and different inflow conditions, some schemes on hydropower optimal dispatching in Yunnan between 2012 to 2015 are analyzed and compared. The results show that the commissioning of Xiaowan and Nuozhadu hydropower stations will significantly improve hydropower regulation ability of Grid, the rich electrical energy in flood season will transfer to dry period and compensate the dry season power insufficient of other stations in watershed.
