摘要
目的调查急诊科聘用护士的执业环境现状,了解急诊科护理人员对工作环境的满意度,为急诊科正向执业环境的建立提供参考。方法采用盖洛普工作场所调查问卷(Gallup workplace audit,GWA,又称G12问卷)对北京市4所三级甲等综合性医院200名急诊科聘用护士进行调查。结果护士Q12问卷4个维度的满意度得分由高向低依次为团队合作、领导支持、基本需求、自我成长;基本需求与婚姻状况呈正相关,领导支持、团队合作和自我成长与第一学历均呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);性别、婚姻状况、职称以及现学历对执业环境满意度的影响无统计学意义(P>0.05),而不同第一学历对执业环境满意度的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论急诊护理管理者应在合理安排岗位的基础上,进一步应用管理者的激励方法与技巧,依据护士的不同特点提供展示才能和深造的机会,以改善急诊科聘用护士对执业环境的满意度,稳定护理队伍,提高护理质量。
Objective To investigate the status of emergency nursing practice environment and understand the nurses' satisfaction so as to provide evidence for the construction of the positive practice environment in the emergency department. Methods A total of 200 nurses from four emergency departments were assessed by Gallup workplace questionnaire (GWA or G12 questionnaire). Results The scores of the four dimensions of the questionnaire decreased in teamwork, support from leader, basic needs and self-growth in regular order. The correlation analysis revealed significant positive correlation between basic needs and marital status (r=0. 178, P〈0.05), self-growth and nursing age (r=0. 208,P〈0.01),and significant negative correlations was found between the first degree and support from leader(r=-0. 171, P〈0.05), teamwork(r=-0. 171 ,P〈0.05) and self-growth (r=-0. 267 ,P〈0.01). Marital status, the title and the current degree had no effect on the nurses' satisfaction of the practice environment, while the first degree could have impact on it. Conclusion Based on the reasonable arrangement of post, emergency nursing administrators should further apply incentive methods and skills as well as providing the opportunity to exhibit nurses' talent and for further study according the nurses characteristics so as to improve the emergency nurses' satisfaction of the practice environment.
