摘要
汽车驱动盘是连接汽车发动机曲轴和液力变矩器的重要零件,其性能好坏直接影响发动机的动力输出和运动平稳。基于疲劳分析的相关理论,利用ANSYS软件建立某型驱动盘有限元模型,根据静力分析结果找到驱动盘承受轴向冲击载荷下的危险点,再通过ANSYS-Fatigue疲劳分析模块对盘体进行疲劳寿命分析,计算结果表明其满足设计要求。
A flexplate is a key mechanical component that connecting the crankshaft of a ear engine with hydraulic torque con-verter. The performance of the flexplate directly affects the transmission function of the engine. Based on fatigue theory, a fi-nite element model of flexplate is established with ANSYS software, the dangerous point is found by the static analysis of flex- phe under axial impact load, and then the fatigue span of the flexphe is got by the ANSYS-Fatigue analysis module. The re-sults show that the flexolate satisfies the fatigue strength requirements.
