摘要
在简述国内冶金石灰碳含量和活性度指标现状的基础上,提出了石灰中的碳有杂质碳、原生碳和再生碳等三种存在形式,分析了各种形式碳的生成原因和分布特征,利用SEM和EPMA检测了两种石灰窑生产石灰的微观形貌和再生碳分布情况,并提出了降低石灰中不同形式碳的多种技术措施。
On the basis of brief description of the present situation of carbon content and reactivity indexes in our country, it is put forward that there are three existing forms of carbon in the lime, i.e. impurity carbon, primary carbon and regeneration carbon. The formed cause and distribution features of various forms of carbon are analyzed. The morphology and regeneration carbon distribution of the lime produced from two kinds of lime kilns are determined by SEM and EPMA and the multiple kinds of technical measures for reducing different forms of carbon in metallurgical lime are put forward.
