Reflections on Improving Trade Unions' Ability to Safeguard Rights and Interests of their Staff Members

维护职工权益是企业工会的法定职责,企业工会应从提高维权意识、教育引导能力、应急事件处置能力和关心职工利益等四个方面入手,提高维权能力,做好维权工作。

It is the statutory duty of corporate trade unions to safeguard the rights and interests of their staff mem- bers. Corporate trade unions should improve their ability to exercise the duty by enhancing the following four aspects： the awareness to safeguard rights ＆ interests, their education and guidance capabilities, the ability to deal with emergencies, and caring for the interests of the staff members.
