Prepare for the Hull of Ship Production Design

生产设计作为船舶设计的一个阶段,应在初步设计和详细设计之后进行,是船舶整个技术准备过程中的一个重要环节。生产设计也是现代化、高质量、高效率、低成本造船的重要手段。以82 000 DWT散货船为例,介绍在项目开始之前船体专业前期策划的内容,指出策划工作完成的质量直接影响项目后续工作能否顺利开展。

The ship production design was a phase of ship design, which should be done after contract design and detail design. It was also an important aspect of the ship building, which aimed at high modernization, good quality and low cost. This paper took 82 000 DWT as example to introduce how to prepare a new project. It was pointed out that the quality of the preparation would directly affect the progress of the project.
