忧喜是心火 荣枯是眼尘——白居易《赋得古原草送别》诗解分析

Analysis and Explanations of “Farewell at the Immemorial Prairie” by Bai Juyi

从笔者搜集到的资料来看,《赋得古原草送别》这首诗的诗解有六种,分别给出了不同的送别对象。经过考证分析,笔者发现,《赋得古原草送别》与白居易写给湘灵的诗,在时间上有明显的承接性,可以推测,该诗作于与湘灵萌生恋情之初的贞元九年(793)的一次分别时,送别的对象为湘灵,反映的是诗人初生恋情时的分别情怀,它与此后写给湘灵的诗中的"草"意象相因应。

Viewed from the data of the author of the present paper, six explanations of ＂Farewell at the Imme- morial Prairie＂ cite respectively six different figures to whom farewell is given. Through textual criticism and a- nalysis, the author finds that this poem bears an obvious temporal succession with other poems written by Bai Juyi to Xiang Ling. It may be speculated that this poem was written in the ninth year of Zhenyuan （793） when he and Xiang Ling just fell in love with and were parted from each other. The person who was bidden farewell was Xiang Ling. It reflects the poet~ feelings when they had to say goodbye to each other, and echoes with the image of ＂grass＂ in the forthcoming poems written to Xiang Ling.
