This paper briefly introduces the principle and characteristics of semiconductor refrigeration technology, and ac- cording to the principle of the development of semiconductor the refrigeration portable sample incubator is analyzed. It points out that the semiconductor refrigeration technology in R＆D portable sample incubator products has irreplaceable advantages.
