摘要
以相变石蜡为核、高吸油性树脂聚丙烯酸酯为内壳,采用原位聚合法制备相变调温微胶囊,在内壳形成后,采用界面聚合法合成以高吸水性树脂聚丙烯酸钠为外壳的复合微胶囊,通过差示扫描法、吸放湿平衡曲线法对复合微胶囊调温、调湿性能进行测试;利用扫描电镜、红外光谱分析仪对复合微胶囊的形貌、结构进行分析。结果表明,双壳复合微胶囊兼有良好的调温调湿性,可作为温湿调节剂配制调温调湿建筑材料。
Phase change material energy storage microcapsules have been prepared by in-situ condensation polymerization method with PAR as core material and super oil-absorbing resin POL as inner membrane, after the formation of inner core, microcapsule composite have been fabricated by interracial polymerization method with hygroscopic resin SOD as outer membrane. The performance of temperature and humidity control have been tested by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and isothermal sorption curve, morphology and structure of microcapsule composite have been analysed using scanning electron microscope(SEM)and infrared spectra analysis. It is shown that the microcapsule composites quipped with good thermal and humility controled performance can be used as temperature humidity regulator preparation temperature humidity building materials.
