该文综述了镉对人体的呼吸、泌尿、消化、运动、生殖系统等的毒性作用,及通过蛋白质变化、镉钙作用、基因表达和氧化损伤等作用机制对人体的各大系统造成的毒性伤害。
The paper summarizes the toxicity of cadmium on respiratory system, urinary system, digestive system, locomotor system and reproductive system of human body, as well as the harms on different systems by the mechanisms of protein change, cadmium calcium effect, gene expression and oxidative damage.
