灰铸铁非平衡凝固过程的微观数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 根据灰铸铁非平衡凝固过程的特点,提出了数值模拟其凝固组织 的一套方法,其中主要包括奥氏体枝晶生长过程体积分数的计算以及晶粒接触因素的处理。 该方法经以样杯中浇注的试块为对象进行试验验证,模拟得到的冷却曲线、奥氏体体积分数 及共晶团体积粒子数均与实测结果取得了较好的一致。 According to the characteristic of non-equilibr ium solidification process of gray iron,a set of method for modeling its solidif ied structure,and the method contained calculating volume fraction of dendritec austenite and treatment of grain impingement is proposed.The method is verified with a specimen poured in a sample cup,and the result shows that cooling curve, dendritic austenite fraction and eutectic cell density by modeling are in good agreement with data by experiment.
