The bioethical concerns of narrative therapy were discussed after a brief review of the origination of this endeavor and its development in China's Mainland. The bioethical concerns of narrative therapy include its emphasis on equality of life rights, its approach towards human ecological harmony and its enrichment of life meaning. Thereafter, the potentials of narrative therapy were summarized. It maintains that bioethical concerns of narrative therapy play an important role in realizing its potentials.
