摘要
通过还原粉化试验,分别研究CaCl2、Ca2+和Cl-对钒钛烧结矿RDI+3.15的影响。研究表明CaCl2加入量在4/万时,钒钛烧结矿的RDI+3.15大于90%,满足高炉生产要求。单独喷洒Ca2+对低RDI+3.15几乎没有影响;单独喷洒Cl-对提高RDI+3.15起到了一定了作用,但效果没有喷洒CaCl2好。加入混合添加剂使其Cl-含量降低33%左右时,效果与单独喷洒CaCl2几乎相同。通过高炉氯平衡计算可知低氯添加剂使入炉总氯量降低20%,进一步验证低氯添加剂对降低入炉氯含量有效。
Through the reduction degradation test,the influence of CaC12 ,Ca2+ and C1- on the RDI+3.15 of vanadium titanium sinter is studied respectively. It shows that when the amount of CaC12 was 4 per, vanadium-titanium sinter' s RDI+3.15 is more than 90% ,it could meet the product requirements of blast furnace. There is no influence on RDI.3.5 if Ca2+ is sprayed alone;C1- have certain effect on improving the RDI3.15 ,but the effect is not as good as CaC12. If other additive is mixed the C1- content reduced 33% ,the effect is almost the same as spraying CaC12 alone. Through the balance calculation of chloride in blast furnace. The results show that low chlorine additive could make chlorine content reduce 20% ,which further proved that low chloride additives can reduce chloride content of BF effectively.
