微创穿刺术治疗46例高血压脑出血的临床治疗观察

Clinical observation on minimally invasive puncture treatment for 46 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨微创穿刺术治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效。方法我院2010年8月至2012年5月收治88例诊断为高血压性脑出血的住院患者,根据治疗方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用内科治疗,观察组在内科治疗的基础上采用微创穿刺术清除颅内血肿。结果经治疗后,两组的治愈率、基本治愈率、总有效率、死亡率、血肿消失的时间与治疗前相比,均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论微创清除术治疗高血压性脑出血具有操作简单、定位准确、脑损伤小、安全有效等优点,是较理想的治疗高血压脑出血的措施。

Objective Minimally invasive puncture for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods From August, 2010 to May, 2012, 88 cases with diagnosed hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients in our hospital, according to different treatment methods were divided into the observation group and control group; The control group were given the medical treatment ;The observation group was given minimally invasive puncture to clear intracranial hematoma on the basis of medical treatment. Results The curing rate, basic curing rate, total efficiency, mortality, hematoma disappeared time of the two groups after treatments had significant differences （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Minimal invasive surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage has the advantages of simple operation, accurate positioning, and small brain injury, safe and effective and so on, whieh is an ideal method for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treatment.
