摘要
以保险车辆出险送修策略为研究对象,介绍了7种常用的送修策略及其优先级顺序,并将短信平台引入到车险理赔送修流程中,既增强了保险公司与维修单位的共赢合作,又提高了客户满意度,取得了良好效果。
This article taked repair shop strategies after accident of insured vehicle as research subject, presented seven common repair shop strategies and their order of priority, and introduced SMS (Short Messaging Service)platform into the repair process of insured vehicle claims, which enhanced win-win cooperation of insurance company and repair shop, improved customer satisfaction and achieved good results.
