摘要
目的研究欣通胶囊对冠状动脉结扎诱发犬急性心肌梗死的心肌酶的影响,为开发新药提供实验依据。方法采用结扎犬冠状动脉的造模方法,建立急性心肌缺血模型,观察欣通胶囊对模型犬血浆中谷草转氨酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的影响,观察欣通胶囊对急性心肌缺血的保护作用。结果欣通胶囊可以降低急性心肌梗死模型犬血浆中AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH水平。结论欣通胶囊对犬急性心肌梗死模型有一定的保护作用。
Objective To study the effects of myocardial enzyme in coronary artery ligation induced acute myocardial infarction in dogs by using Xin Tong capsule.Maybe this research will provide experimental evidence for developing the new medicine. Methods To establish acute myocardial ischemia model by ligaturing the canine coronary artery.Observe the effects of aspartate aminotransferase (AST),creatine kinase(CK), creatine kinase-MB (CKMB),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in the plasma of model dog by using xin tong capsule. Observe the protective effects of xin tong capsule acts on acute myocardial ischemia. Results The flow of calcium ions can be reduced by using xin tong capsule while inhibit!ng potassium efflux. The level of AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH in plasma of the dog which is dying of acute myocardial infarction can be reduced by using it,too. Conclusion There is a protective effect of xin tong capsule act on acute myocardial ischemia model.
