5A02铝合金与镀锌钢熔钎焊接头研究

摘要 采用钨极氩弧熔钎焊进行了铝合金和镀锌钢的异种金属焊接,研究了焊接参数对接头性能的影响,并通过填加不同焊丝,探讨了合金元素的加入对焊缝的影响。结果表明,异种接头抗拉强度可达到130 MPa,并通过X射线衍射分析,获得了填加不同合金元素的焊缝界面层相组成。 Lap joints of aluminum to galvanized steel were welded with different filler metals.The effects of welding parameters on the tensile strength of the joint were tested and analyzed.The tensile strength of joint can reach up to more than 130 MPa.The microstructures and composition of inteifacial layer was investigated by XRD.
