CA125在恶性肿瘤中的临床应用

The clinical application of CA125 in malignancies

目的目前，肿瘤标记物在肿瘤中的应用越来越受到重视，并被大量应用于临床检测，其对肿瘤的诊断和治疗具有一定的临床价值。研究发现，糖类抗原125（Cancerantigen125，CA125）与全身多种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展相关，可以协助疾病的诊断、指导治疗和判断预后，是临床上较理想的标记物之一。本文对CA125的分子结构、生物学特性及其在多种恶性肿瘤中的临床意义进行综述。

At present,the attention on the application of tumor markers in tumors is growing. The tumor markers ale wildly used in clinical detection of tumors, and have a certain value on the diagnosis and treatment of tumors. Studies found that CA125 is related to the development of systemic variety of malignancies, and can assist in the diagnosis of the disease, guide treatment and judge prognosis. So, it is one of the better tumor markers in clinical. In this article,we review the molecular structure of CA125 ,biological characteristics and its clinical sig- nificance in malignant tumor.
