摘要
为了分析比较不同制备方法对TiO2结构及光催化性能的影响,采用Sol-gel法中的不同工艺路线制备纯TiO2粉体,并结合XRD、DRUVS等仪器表征了样品晶型、光谱响应曲线、降解率等性能指标,研究了不同方法制备样品的异同及各表征指标间的联系。结果表明:聚合凝胶法所制锐钛矿TiO2结晶更完整,粒子凝胶法制备样品粒径较小,此晶体特征决定了样品的宏观特性。样品出现锐钛矿与金红石相的相变温度分别为450℃、510℃,样品对紫外光响应,对甲基橙降解率最高为90%。研究结果为高效光催化剂的工业生产提供了理论指导。
In order to analyze and compare the microstructure and photocatalytic activity of TiO2, which were prepared by different preparation routes from Sol-gel method, the crystal phase, light re- sponse curve and photocatalytic degradation rate of TiO2 were analyzed by to get the relationship of three characterizations. The results suggested XRD, DRUVS measurements that: the phase transition of TiO2 prepared by polymer gel method is more complete, the grain size of TiO2 prepared by particle gel method is smaller, these crystal structural characteristics determine the macro-performance. The tem- perature of anatase phase and rutile phase of TiO2 crystallized is 450℃ and 510℃ respectively, the sample only can absorb ultraviolet rays, the d. These results provide a theoretical guild for egradation rate of methyl orange reaches the highest 90% the future industrial production of efficient photocatalyst.
