摘要
目的:从肉鸡养殖场土样中筛选抑制动物源病原菌大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的益生芽孢杆菌。方法:用96孔板高通量筛选的方法分离能抑制病原菌的芽孢杆菌;扩增、比对16S rRNA及gyrB序列,确定菌株属种。结果:(1)共筛选到5株能抑制病原菌的芽孢杆菌,其中1株BP-14抑菌作用最强,对动物源的3株大肠杆菌E1、E3、E4及1株鸡沙门氏菌SC1的抑菌率超过75%;(2)经BLAST分析和构建系统发育树,确定BP-14为短小芽孢杆菌。结论:利用高通量筛选的方法,在肉鸡养殖场土样中分离到一株芽孢杆菌BP-14,对动物源病原菌有着较好的抑制作用,经鉴定为短小芽孢杆菌。
Objective:Bacillus which can effectively inhibit animal -derived Escherichia coil and Salmonella were screened from the soil of a broiler farm. Method:Strains of target bacillus were isolated by 96 -well high-throughput method. Then, stains were identified by 16S rRNA and gyrB gene analysis. Result:( 1 ) Five strains were proved to inhibit pathogens effectively. Most of all, BP- 14 was the most ef- fective strain, which inhibited the growth of three strains of E. coli El, E3, EA and one strain of S. gallinarum SCI, and the inhibitory rate was over 75%. (2) BP - 14 was identified as Bacillus pundilus based on BLAST and pbylogenic analysis. Condusion:A bacillus strain named BP - 14 was isolated from the soil of a broiler farm, which presented an inhibition effect on the growth of animal - derived patho- gens. And it was classified as Bacillus pumilus.
