预拉伸对铝合金淬火厚板变形的矫直仿真研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对厚板淬火不均匀导致的板材变形问题,建立了大规格铝合金厚板淬火—预拉伸矫直仿真模型,并使用MSC.MARC软件进行了矫直过程的仿真计算。结果表明,淬火变形的厚板,通过预拉伸能逐步矫直;对矫直效果,2%的拉伸量是合理的拉伸参数。 Aiming at deformation problems of thick plant which were caused by heterogeneous quenching, the FE model of quenching-tension straightening process for large size aluminum alloy plate was established, which was simulated by using MSC.MARC software. The results show that the deformation of quenched thick plate can straighten gradually by pre-stretching; 2% strain is a reasonable stretching parameter for the effect of straightening process.
