摘要 兰州石化职业技术学院煤化工专业的高技能人才培养模式为:开发校企共育、工学结合的"13443"的人才培养模式;构建基于工作过程的工学结合的课程体系;自行设计凸显煤化工特色的专业实践教学平台体系;采取专兼结合、教学做一体化的教学模式,达到"做中学,做中教";课程改革带动本专业精品课程建设和教材建设;打造一支职业教育特色突出的省级教学团队。 In this paper, it involved the reform and practice on training mode of highly skilled talent of coal chemical industry profession in Lanzhou Petrochemical College of Vocational Technology College. It mainly included combing "13443" talent training mode which is about the enterprise education and work-study combination; constructing curriculum system based on the work process; designing professional training teaching platform system with coal chemical characteristic; using a teaching mode on special combination, and integrating teaching with doing, "learn by doing, teaching by doing"; conducting the curriculum reform, which led the professional quality course construction and teaching material construction; it aimed to make a provincial team with prominent education characteristics.
