摘要
业主对于一份建设工程合同的管理,涉及很多方面,包括合同在编写时的审核,在执行时的监管等。对业主建设工程合同中常见的风险做出具体分析,提出应加强建设工程合同的风险管理。
For the owner, a construction project contract management involves many aspects, including the contract in writing at the time of the audit, at execution time regulation, etc. In this paper, the owner contracts for construction projects in the common risk make specific analysis, put forward risk management of construc- tion project contracts should be strengthened.
