A Research Summary of the Property Rights System Reform in State-owned Commercial Banks

产权制度是影响我国国有控股商业银行经营和发展的重要因素,在新的经济环境和金融体制下,国有控股商业银行进行了全方位的产权制度改革,并取得了显著的效果。文章从理论和实践层面探讨我国国有控股商业银行产权制度改革的相关问题,从改革模式、改革路径、改革实践和改革效果等四个方面对以往的诸多文献进行了比较与综述。在此基础上,对国内外学者的相关研究做出总结和评价。

Property rights system is a key factor which effects the operation and development of Chinese stateowned commercial banks, which have made a full range of reforms on the property rights system and gained significant effect in the new economic environment and financial system. This article probes into related issues of the property rights system reform in state-owned commercial banks in the theoretical and practical perspectives, makes a comprehensive summary of many past literatures in terms of the reform model, the reform path, the practice of reform and the effect of reform. On this basis, we make some summaries and evaluations on related researches of both domestic and foreign scholars.
