摘要
任何企业要想长久发展必须建立有效的激励机制,好的激励机制不仅可使企业在日趋竞争激烈的市场中占有一席之地,更是企业吸引人才、留住人才,实现可持续发展的迫切需要。激励的过程就是管理者引导并促进工作群体或个人产生有利于管理目标行为的过程;激励可以凝聚人心,调动员工的积极性和创造性,提高人力资源质量,提高企业绩效;激励机制运用的好坏在一定程度上是决定企业兴衰的一个重要因素。目前,我国国有企业在激励机制的运用上存在如管理意识落后、激励制度僵化,激励措施单一,缺乏多样性和现实性等诸多问题,这些问题直接制约着企业的发展,而如何运用好激励机制也就成为各个企业面临的一个十分重要的课题。
