水缝均匀性对结晶器铜管冷却效果的影响 被引量:5

摘要 方坯铸坯质量与结晶器内钢液凝固的均匀性有密切关系,而冷却水传热作为结晶器内换热的最后一个环节,它在水缝内的流场性质对铸坯凝固有重要影响。通过对工程实践中的两个案例进行数值模拟,来分析水缝内流场均匀性对铸坯坯壳厚度的影响,发现水缝不均匀容易使铸坯产生质量问题,甚至可能发生漏钢。在实际生产中要尽量保持水缝均匀。 There is a close relationship between the billet strand quality and the uniformity of liquid steel solidification in the mold. The flow field of the cooling water plays a very important role in the strand solidification as the water is the last heat transfer link in the mold, In this paper, two practical cases are simulated and analyzed, when the water gaps are different or there is a obstacle in the gap, the flow field would not be uniform. Then uniformity of cooling effect is bad, this can cause quality problem and even cause to bleak out.
